The build itself was fairly straightforward and took me a little over an hour by myself. There are a few parts where it would be easier with two people, but it's possible to do it solo. What I love about this swing most is the metal reinforcement under the cushions so when you lay it down flat there are no dips or lows spots. Super comfortable!! Cushions have zippers so they can be washed, and the material seems super durable for the changing season to come. Best built swing I’ve found.
