The material feels good on the skin, and the lace at the top is pretty. They have survived 1 wash, delicate on cold and dried on low heat, but I do wonder about the longevity of the material. I had to rate 4 out of 5 stars because the panties are described at "c-section friendly" but I do not agree. I am 3 weeks postpartum, having had a low transverse incision that is healing nicely. The lacy band rolls down so easily and ends up right on top of my incision, which is quite irritating.
