**Q: Is this model better than the 3100 in every way?**
A: It works better and holds a charge longer using a lithium Ion battery! The only thing I dont like that it doesnt come with a stand, like the 3100 did!

A: Hello! The Norelco Bodygroom 3500 provides a comfortable and close result in or out of the shower. The body groomer is fully water-resistant and includes safety features so that it will not accidently run while plugged-in. Water resistance also makes cleaning easy, simply rinse it clean when you've finished.

**Q: Where is the manual?  The massive foldout that came in the box, not the leaflet Philips posts on their website as a "manual".**
A: The "massive foldout" IS the manual.  Perhaps you were expecting a bound, hardcover book that would cost more than the product.
