The brown is more of a rusty brown (in my pic it looks orange because of the light), all other colors are true to the product pictures. They are one size and feel like they would fit a variety of sizes. My head is a 19in circumference and the beanies feel very comfortable. Because they are 100% cotton, they don't keep my head as warm on very cold days if I have to go outside. But I just put on a warmer hat for the outside and then put these back on when I am inside.
