Love it! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Too large *by D***E on August 7, 2022* Slightly Too large for proper use of technique ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A therapy ball when you need it. It is a little "sticky" *by E***G on April 10, 2023* Due to some medical issues, my therapist recommended I buy this ball to help me strengthen my neck muscles. It is four inches in diameter and comes inflated. There is a valve on the ball, and you can adjust the inflation using a standard basketball needle and pump. It works perfectly for my exercises, but I do have one issue. The surface of the ball is textured rather than smooth and shiny. This might be to ensure it stays in place while you exercise, but at least in my case it causes the ball to stick to my skin and that's a little uncomfortable during exercise.
