I have been wanting to try a massager for chronic lower back pain and after reviewing them extensively on line opted for this one. I am not disappointed. This little machine is excellent for reducing spasms and pain in this brittle, 77 year old back. You can adjust the pressure just by leaning forward a bit if it’s too intense or by using the lighter mode already programmed in. Lots of adjustments are available to personalize this little massager. I am happy with the rechargeable/portable capability as well. This allows me to use the massager untethered to an electrical outlet. One negative aspect which might bother some is the heating element is a little on the mild side so don’t expect a gush of real warmth.
