Review: Low carb minus the fiber - I was tired of all the very high carbs and calories in gluten free bagels! These were the answer to my prayers! They taste similar to a real bagel and toast nicely! I know they are pricy but shipping is free. They arrive within 7-10 days. They only cons are they are a tad small and did not arrive frozen in with freezer packs! I kept one lack out and froze the other packs! Worth the price to save on carbs, add fiber to your diet, and help with the bagel craving!
Review: Tastes like cardboard - I first had carbonaut’s seeded gluten free high fiber bread and loved the taste and texture so I was excited when I saw this product. Unfortunately it tastes like what I imagine cardboard tastes like and the texture is nothing like a bagel’s texture. I toasted it and ate it with peanut butter and then I tried it with an egg and mozzarella omelette with light mayo and it actually made the peanut butter and omelette taste worse. Not returnable so I’ll be throwing it in the garbage because I can’t bare to try anything else on it.

It's nice to have gf keto options. The bagels are smaller than regular bagels but acceptable. Pricey but nice for having a change at breakfast.
