Instead, I've been using it in my vanilla protein shake mix and it's the best! I mix a small banana, a few ice cubes, 1 scoop of Premier Protein Vanilla Powder, 8-9 oz of water and a heaping teaspoon of this. Blend in personal blender and it makes a delicious tasting banana cinnamon shake! This brought memories of my childhood of banana cinnamon "licuados" my mother would buy me as a child in San Francisco from some of the Latin restaurants that would make this. Smelling the mixture, you can tell it is very high-quality cinnamon. I can only imagine that this is perfect for churros!
