Everyone is different, you will find out what works for you. I do this cleanse every 6months. I take 2 pills in the morning and found that works best for me. **Q: what is the expiration date on this bottle?** A: Bottle of what? More than 2 (which would be three) would still be 66 servings. Two pills work better taken at night. Now, if you work at night, then you should take these pills in the morning with a lot of water, and when you wake up, along with 20 or more steps, it should be enough.
