I also give it to my husband, who rarely take vitamins, but seems to like this. I tried Chlorella because I had about 5 to 10 lbs that i couldn't seem to lose with my already healthy diet and exercise. I had tried many other diets and assumed the weight was hormonal. I immediately dropped the weight after taking this for a week or so and feel great. Prior to trying Chlorella, I was already taking multivitamins and probiotics and the chlorella really seems to have made the difference in my weight loss and overall healthier feeling. Based on other information that I have read, I don't take other supplements with in an hour or so of Chlorella for fear it will impact the absorption of them since chlorella is a detoxifying product.
