I thank God delivered a healthy baby a couple months ago, but during my pregnancy I had Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG) the entire time. At first I took a pill because I was looking for a prenatal with methylated folate which the body processes better. After realizing I couldn't keep the pill down, I started looking for gummies and was so happy to find this. My midwife highly recommended it, and when I called Garden of Life to ask questions about it they were so so helpful. They patiently told me specifics about which ingredients were used for the specific vitamins I was wondering about. The folate they use is great as well as everything else I asked about. The health level of this prenatal makes it so much better, it's so great that it all comes directly from natural sources. The smell and taste was hard for me at first, and my husband probably ate more of them than me lol, but by now I've been taking them for over a year and they're amazing. The taste grows on you if you don't like it at first, so just give it some time. I did have zofran via IV daily so that may have contributed to me being able to keep it down but I believe regardless it was way easier than pills, and didn't make me nauseous. I continued taking them postpartum being that I am breastfeeding but I believe they would be great for people who aren't as well, being that we all have recovery needs :) Just one warning.
