It came with 2×12 L of natural water, which has a clear none taste, so water quality good, as water should be. The bottles are easy to turn upside down and they have initially a seal inside the top of the bottle, that is broken as it mates with the stand. So no spilling. This is the third one I've ordered since my son has one in his bedroom, which is also in part a games room and I have one in the house and one in my garage that is converted into a home gym. The 12 L size is a nice size & weight to handle at my age of 78 and so would definitely recommend the company and the quality of the water, together with their quick turn around in reordering and delivery. Happy days

Just arrived, will see how it works but forst impression is this a very overpriced cheap piece of plastic junk we would rather not have in our kitchen! This is more suitable for a industrial gym or warehouse. Yuck.
