I have similar proportions to you (41 inches in hips and 30 in waist) and I got a L **Q: Does it cover you butt and your down there? And how much does it cover?** A: It’s a bit cheeky! Definitely covers what it needs to but not full coverage. I am a 36C and I bought size L. I could have gotten away with M at the top but while it has some stretch, it is a fabric with body.
