I made the recipe once but prefer the texture and flavor of using real egg whites for meringues **Q: can this be used to make french macarons?** A: I’m not sure. But it is definitely grainier than different meringue powder I’ve used. Ie: I tried it for my royal icing & it was a disappointment due to the fact it kept clogging up the tip when trying to pipe.
