Unfortunately, this product is falsely advertised to have flexible mount points, which is why I purchased it in the first place. I needed the mount points to be 25” apart, and I figured I can adjust them. That is not the case! The mounting brackets are not adjustable, and they do not slide up and down on the slide-bar. Here is what it says on the box that this product came in, copied word by word: “Adjustable mounting brackets on the slidebar provide installation flexibility.” If you need adjustable mounting brackets (because you might be replacing an old slide-bar) then stay away from this product.
