Uncomfortable for my clients. 2. Not sturdy 3. Not great for people with short necks. 4. Many other reasons I will state. The hose is too light weight so it comes out if you use a bucket for the water to go in. Water will get EVERYWHERE. You have to keep emptying the bucket during the washing process. This is all based on using it in a kitchen. The sink is too high for the hose to stay in and drain.
