**Q: What are the fibers? It says 30% silk/70% pashmina- meaningless; "pashmina" isn't a recognized fiber name. Genuine pashmina should say "cashmere".**
A: I took a close look.  This does not appear to be real wool, nor real silk.  It appears to be 100% rayon.  Rayon is a natural fiber, silky and easy to maintain, no wrinkling, but it is not very warm like wool or silk.  There is widespread abuse of sellers falsely listing as Pashmina wool (a fine grade of Cashmere), and Silk (from silkworms).  Scarves are coming from India with Pashmina labels and they are all rayon.

**Q: Has anyone bought the ivory color? Is there a pattern on it?**
A: The pattern on the ivory is vey subtle.

**Q: Is the material shiny?**
A: With my experience, I ordered the champagne color and it looked just like the picture. It was shiny, but more like a low sheen, not a bright satiny shine, it was beautiful.

**Q: Blue-gold01862 - is that more of a blue or a purple? Is that shine also visible or is it on the dull side?**
A: That is BLUE with gold .

Used for a ren faire outfit to wrap around my head and shoulders. This pashmina is super soft and pretty, and washed well after a day at the faire. I didn't notice any deterioration after washing, although the tassels got a little tangled but that was kind of expected.

I bought this as a thank you gift for a small business owner.  She totally loves purple and the combo of blue and purple colors in this piece is very bold and rich looking.  And the feel of the scarf is luxe.  I can hardly wait to give it to her because i know she'll love it!
