Review: Purchased this after a filing cabinet deep cleaning to shred a bunch of old paperwork and this thing went right to work. No fuss, no complaints, just consistent shreds regardless of what I fed it. Cardstock, thick envelopes, expired IDs, you name it. I inspected some of the shred due to some paranoia you could somehow decipher information, but it's impossible to get anything. My one grief is that I wish the drawer/tank was slightly bigger, but otherwise, this thing is a tank!

Seems to be good quality, and I like the slide out drawer, easy to empty. Also I had a function question, I emailed the company and I had an answer back in literally 5 minutes, I was astounded!
