I would also caution you against buying halvah online - my experience with the halvah I bought from Amazon was AWFUL. It was terribly oily and really tasted off. How does amazon know what's the expiration date and how as a buyer I can find out?** A: i've purchased boxes of 36 bars numerous times from Amazon. On the box I have now I don't see an expire date. I believe Halvah has a VERY long shelf life. In all the times I've ordered from Amazon I have always received a product I thought was fresh. My box of 36 lasts me a few months and the freshness remains.
