But the reason I'm posting this review is just to give other puzzle fans a heads-up. I have done Eeboo puzzles in the past and had no problems with them. But this particular puzzle has some issues with false-fits. I got to the last 2 pieces and had 2 open spaces. But the pieces weren't right for the spaces! I contacted Eeboo customer service and they emailed their reply, which was nice and polite but had a photo attached with red arrows showing where I had misplaced some pieces. I appreciated the response but what I had really hoped she would do is acknowledge the problem and maybe reassure me that she would use the information to improve the company's process of designing the cutting dies in such a way that will avoid this problem with future puzzles. I'm left wondering if I should avoid Eeboo puzzles in the future. That is precisely what any company should want to avoid, I would think.
