My dogs loves them. And they help to keep plaque from their teeth. Review: Short date - Half of one of these is a great size for my tiny Yorkie, although they do say that they're not suitable for dogs under 1.8kg which she just is. She can spend half an hour chewing away at it quite happily. They don't upset her stomach, which almost anything can do just from her looking at it, so that's nice. She also seems to be excited by the smell and the taste, which isn't the case for some of these types of chews. I can't say whether they're any good at cleaning teeth as we brush, and nothing is better than brushing for them. They smell fine, a bit earthy, and are easy to break in half. Her breath isn't particularly pleasant immediately after eating them, but it passes quickly. My only gripe is the date on them. Best before is obviously just a legal thing rather than any commentary on quality or safety, but I ordered quite a few bags and they're all best before December this year, which is only 5 months away. It would have been nice if they could have sent bags with a longer date given the size of my order, especially as they seem to be prone to mould. My dogs are 14 pounds each and I give them 1 mini size bone a day. The back of the package has a recommended feeding based on weight. For dogs 4-10 lbs they recommend 1/2 bone per day.
