Review: This feels so good! Surrounding your foot with that soothing cold - OMG does this ever feel good! I'm just coming off of ankle surgery a few days ago and I could not get an ice pack to stay put matter what I tried. This ice pack wrap surrounding my foot with the cold everywher is just what I needed. And the gel compartments are a really good size so they hit a lot of your ankle and foot with that soothing cold. This is my first try. I had it in the freezer about 2 and 1/2 hours and it's nice. Still a little bit bendy. The ice pack itself also has a decent weight to it. 1.8 lbs. So it's got plenty of gel throughout. Velcro straps hold and have about an inch and a half of material to latch on to the rest of the wrap. It also comes with a freezer bag for the freezer. And best of all it won't slip off if you happen to shift your foot a little tiny bit like a normal ice pack would

**Q: can you walk in these, at least to the bathroom and back, without fear of popping a leak (in the gel pack)?**
A: The gel pack shouldn't pop. The issue is keeping the pack on securely enough to be safe.

**Q: Is it one wrap? For both legs are they the same or left/right? Do you need to buy two?**
A: It is one wrap which fits either left or right. I bought two so I could ice both feet at the same time.

**Q: Does this cover the top of the ankle where the foot bends 90 degrees?**
A: Yes

**Q: How long does this stay cold for?**
A: Not long enough. It’s a great design, but the gel doesn’t freeze very fast, at all. It thaws quickly. Then another 2 hours to freeze. At least.

Really love!! Very comfortable and fits well. I love how long it stays cold. My only complaint is the straps are way too long and you have to wrap around several times.
