**Q: Do i have to put the tag information from a rented vehicle?**
A: Hello, Yes you must make sure to always keep the tag and vehicle up to date in your account and linked to the transponder. When you return your rental car make sure to remove the plate and vehicle information from your account. Always make sure it is up to date. call our service center for additional assistance 800-353-7277.

**Q: I’m in nys and replacing my e-z pass with the uni epass - do i need to register it inly on the epass site or also on the e-z pass site?**
A: I only registered mine on EPass site.  I replaced my existing transponder number with the UNI transponder number.  Since it works in 19 states, I made the assumption that I no longer needed the E-Z Pass transponder.  I sent the E-Z Pass transponder back to NY and asked that my account be closed.    I have yet to travel to NY, but I do not anticipate any issues.

A: no.  you go on line or call them and give them a credit card number and you tell them how much money to put on your account to start. When you go thru a toll the amount of the toll is deducted from your account. no other charges apply. you can set up for automatic deductions from the card to add money back when your account runs low or you can opt for monitoring the account yourself a d logging on when you want add money.

**Q: An ezpass charges $1.50 a month service fee.  this one has no monthly fee?  or possibly with this one do you pay higher toll fees?**
A: No monthly or annual fee! And doesn't upcharge the toll fee! You pay for the device and that is the only fee you pay. There's no fee to load money on it either!
