At 5' 11', 175 lbs waist 33-34 in., I seem to be between a large and a medium. Size large are on the loose size but the medium is just a little tight for my liking. I have purchased both. The waistband is quality which allows me to wear a size large, but medium is best when wearing dress pants. For me, I wish the medium was just a little looser, but I have been purchasing more medium lately. I have tried other brands but these last much longer than others. Very nice quality product that I would recommend to others
