If you are attempting to adapt an airbrush to such a standard pressurized air supply, you only need to find a way to adapt your female NPT end to your supply. You can find NPT fittings and adapters easily at your local hardware store in the US. Once you have this hose, you should be able to get it hooked up without waiting for any additional online orders for strange and rare adapters to come in.
