Contacted Amazon and all they did was provide RMA and said I needed to pay for return shipping!!!!! Will NOT purchase from this vendor again. **Q: What’s the warranty on this set?** A: It has full manufacturer warranty and 1 year parts and labor. **Q: Does this come with the trim included?** A: To all Customers, trim kit TRMKTEZ2LV79 is not included in this purchase, **Q: How long did it take to install them with the trim kit** A: My husband builds houses so a pro at appliance instillation. It took him and I together at least 2 hours. Also, the kit that comes with the freezer to pair the ice maker with the fridge does not work. I haven’t had anyone out to look at why.
