I am 6'2 and scared of breaking it** A: The bands, there are 2, stretch out to a maximum of 5'8". I've stretched them to the max repeatedly and have never been concerned about them breaking. They are well made. **Q: What are push up bars made of -steel or plastic ? Are they sturdy to handle good pushups ?** A: I believe plastic they are sturdy but the padding not to thick so I use my gloves still kinda hurts a bit overall the straps are great I leave them around my feet detach them from the ab roller and stretch worth the money you'll feel it on the first try I still do basic pushups with gloves feels better **Q: How about the knee pads, they look ok in the picture** A: Not good **Q: Did anyone actually see improvements using this abs roller?** A: Yes, great so far. Recovering from knee replacement that had lots of sweet n backs from last October 6th. I have Lumbar and cervical stenosis and lots of degenerative disc issues that I'm dying my best to avoid surgery. I need as many core exercises thati can find to strengthen my weaknesses and everything else. For cardio I can't run, swim or bike without injury possibilities so I just stick to hiking at a good clip on the canal towpath in our backyard. I have wanted to get a wheel roller. But haven't had the lower back strengthtill now. And my most excellent Chiropractor who does the spinal decompression table therapy that had set me on a good path 👍 ## Frequently Bought Together - EnterSports Ab Rollers Wheel Kit, Exercise Wheel Core Strength Training Abdominal Roller Set with Push Up Bars, Resistance Bands, Knee Mat Home Gym Fitness Equipment for Abs Workout - Jump Rope, Tangle-Free Rapid Speed Jumping Rope Cable with Ball Bearings for Women, Men, and Kids, Adjustable Steel Jump Rope Workout with Foam Handles for Fitness, Home Exercise & Slim Body - Amazon Basics 1/2 Inch Extra Thick Exercise Yoga Mat with Carrying Strap --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/405600212-ab-roller-wheel-for-abs-workout-with-2-knee-pads](https://www.desertcart.us/products/405600212-ab-roller-wheel-for-abs-workout-with-2-knee-pads) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
