Yes, it's a slight film as some reviews said but it can't take away these thick thighs and that's as good as it gets. I didn't notice after awhile- didn't bug me. Also, someone complained it was chunky- just wipe off the very top because it's new and under will be a perfect sleek application. Totally worth buying.

A: No, it's not greasy at all.  It works really well!

A: No it does not. I used it and I like it. No grease marks on my Capri spandex after working out.
