## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is Clean Start Shampoo suitable for my dog?**
A: Yes. Clean Start Shampoo is safe and effective for all dog breeds and coat types, leaving the coat fresh, clean, and ready for styling

**Q: Do I need to use another shampoo after using Clean Start?**
A: Clean Start can be used alone, but it is often used prior to use of a specialty shampoo, like White on White, to clean the coat, remove any product buildup, and maximize the performance of the specialty shampoo.

**Q: How often should I use Clean Start Shampoo?**
A: Each dog is different. Generally, use weekly or monthly to deep-clean the coat. For dogs that love mud – use as needed. For exhibitors, use before and after shows to clarify the coat removing product buildup and leftover residues.

**Q: Do I need to dilute this shampoo?**
A: We recommend applying this product straight to the coat for up to ten minutes for maximum cleaning results. It can also be diluted up to 4:1 – 4 parts water, to 1 part shampoo for a general maintenance bath.

**Q: Can this be used on cats?**
A: Yes. It cuts through grime and grease without drying the coat out, leaving them beautifully clean. Use this product on cats, from 8 weeks and older.
