You can nest the buildings and put the cars inside of that to make it easy for transport or storage. Easy toy to bring on vacation. Cons: If your kid puts this in their mouth or plays rough the paint will chip off. It’s been 1.5 weeks and there is some wear already showing on the vehicles. I can see the buildings being stomped on and getting crushed. Sturdy but not indestructible. Wish they were made of wood as well. I’d say the only downside is that the garages are made of cardboard, sturdy but still could be chewed or bashed in if your child is destructive. This appears to be a newer version of an older product (which I liked better because the cars were also sized differently).
