It generally takes about a week for effects to be noticed. So yes, it can help with pain by reducing inflammation that may be causing pain, but it's going to take 7-21 days. Those people who say in the comments that they felt better in a few hours are experiencing the placebo effect. The price for this is very reasonable, especially when compared to Voltaren. The amazing thing is that this stuff really works. I'ver always been skeptical about topical medicine (i.e.- Deep Heat, Ben Gay, Icy Hot). It feels really good on the outside, on your skin but it doesn't really get down inside your body and do much real good. This stuff actually does absorb in and goes to work. If you have arthritic pain in your joints, give this stuff a try. You won't regret it!
