I was using Listerine before this and would still have some significant plaque build up even though I was using the Listerine mouthwash daily. Once I switched to this mouth wash I noticed that I not only have a cleaner feeling mouth but at my last dentist appointment I had minimal plaque build up and was even complemented by the dentist about how good my teeth looked. One thing I found out though is that the bottle does not travel well as it spilled all over everything in my makeup bag.
