Review: The Camera Takes The Cake - I received the phone yesterday. The phone itself was wrapped in bubble wrap in the desertcart box along with the cord and plug. No instructions or information. It was completely drained of battery which is to be expected. I plugged it in and waited all evening until bedtime to find it was still drained. Kept it plugged in all night. It was still dead in the morning. Then it said it needed a factory reset so I did that. I saw Google come on the screen but it kept shutting off multiple times. Finally it let me set it up. It still needed charging so I let the battery charge to 100%. I haven't any issues since all of this. It took some patience but it works. I am relieved. Love the camera the most, pictures are crisp and clear. No blurriness like my last phone. I am honestly pleasantly surprised by the camera. It has slow motion and time lapse modes which is fun for my kids. The touch sensitivity is great. Connectivity and speed hits it out of the park for this one! APPs download SO much faster and you can have multiple download at once. I am not used to that. Definitely recommend this phone if you like speed and an awesome camera!

**Q: Supposed to be unlocked but when insert the sim it says the sim wont work and sends me to an at&t website. my sim is verizon. what can i do to get it**
A: Probably nothing. My sim was at&t, phone said locked my Verizon. Verizon told me the seller likely didn't have the phone for 60 days and was either still locked or a Verizon only phone. No way to know. Had to send the phone back. Very frustrating.
You can call at&t and see if they can unlock it for you via the imei number

Got a phone from here insanely ridiculous just to have it delivered. Amazon said it was the sellers fault in communication and for sending it (because it was lost) and the seller said it was Amazon's fault. The phone was supposed to be delivered to me at my house. I was following it on my phone then it said it was at the post office. At that time the post office was close and it made no sense. I was on the phone for hours multiple days. I cried and cried because no one cared. I said I wanted a refund but, couldnt because the phone was out where. Ever. Eventually over a course of 8 days I got the phone it wasn't where anyone said it would be. It was a different carrier. You would think they would let you know. Got the phone and I was upset at the people bc this was completely utter BS. The phone had issues but, I didn't want to deal with any of this pos. I had to return it bc it wasn't charging right. I even took it to one of those places that fixes phones before contacting these people. They tested it and they said that the charging port was only working sometimes on only in side. They also said that Google phones charging port are made into the main part of the phone. Meaning they can't take it out by it's self because it was connected to the main board of the phone. Meaning they can't do anything and they said I was better off getting another phone. I tried buying one of those wireless charger pads it didn't charge fast with it. It took over 24 to get 30% battery. After all this it was a couple months in he said he covers it up to 90 days. So I had no other options and had to talk to him it was sent in and he sent one to me and doesn't work. Just buy a new one he tried telling me that the second one did work before he sent it and if that was the case he wouldn't have sent it because it had problems. It wouldn't function write if you texted or tried scrolling. I contacted him and he just refused to take responsibility for sending me a second bad phone. THEY HAVE THIS EXACT PHONE ON SALE SMART TALK. don't waste your time and energy.
