My only complaint is that the book tends to provide a large amount of info on a particular medication option or two, while seriously lacking detail on others. If you choose to study one of the less detailed options, the book serves as a good starting point but further research will probably be needed for more detailed or specific info. On a good note, there are OTC and herbal options discussed as appropriate, plus an entire chapter dedicated to this area. This is generally a well-written book that is easy to understand with having minimal background in biology.
