This also causes the hoses in the tube that go to the faucet to unscrew, creating a leak. The faucet seems to have been updated, and those problems should not happen again. I sent a message requiring about warranty, and I was sent a new faucet after supplying a video to demonstrate the problem. I had to pay $25.00 shipping, but I didn't find that to be out of line. I appreciate the replacement faucet, and they expedited it so I could get on with the remodel.
