This set comes with a total of 5 different sized bags along with 2 sealer clips and a hand vacuum pump. These bags are made of thick material and they are BPA free, the vacuum seal is strong and it keeps the bags nice and sealed. I was skeptical about re-using these bags but after running it through the sous vide, it still held up pretty well so I will be using them a couple more times. This is an economical way to experiment with that type of sous vide.Most meats, for instance, can be cooked in Zip-loc Freezer bags. But some foods, like fruits and vegetables, must be cooked at higher heats than Zip-loks can tolerate. Th y also require that their bag be vacuum sealed, so that the water contacts all possible food surfaces in the fully-immersed bags.This pump system works perfectly.
