I have a number of devices to make it easier to work with bands so that you don’t have to work with gloves. By far this is the best solution out there. It not only works with a band supplied with the order it works with bands from rogue and iron infidell as well. Lightweight. Easy to put the included bands inside the handset. I recommend these for anybody who is using bands, particularly those using heavier (60 pounds+) resistance bands.
