I give her 1 pump per day. She is a very picky eater and licks the salmon oil right off of a spoon. I have noticed a significant improvement in her dry, flaky skin and coat since she started taking this oil. When I first bought the product I tried to mix one pump of it in with her dry dog food. She would try to lick the oil off of the dog food, but then she would not eat her food. She is very picky with new food and different textures of food, so I think she didn't like that it made her dry food seem different and slightly moistened it. Once I decided to try to let her lick the salmon oil directly from a spoon, she loved it! She gets excited when she sees me take the bottle out and she acts like it is a treat.
