They are not super easy to get on over the head, especially in the NICU with a feeding tube, but once they are on, they fit my 3-4 lb baby great! The hand covers are so nice and stayed closed on my squirmy baby. Now that my baby is over 5 lbs, these are a little tight and really hard to get on so we'll be passing them along to another preemie baby since they held up super well to washing and wearing for a few weeks.
