It worked well until the head wore out. As I live in Australia, I felt that it was cheaper to replace the whole brush than to buy a replacement head. There is a real problem. When you attempt to clean your bbq grill top with this piece of garbage, no water comes out of the head therefore no steam is generated. It is totally useless. I may as well use a cheap wire brush and a spray bottle. It would do a better job. The body is also not watertight and after you fill the unit, it leaks from ill-fitting joints and does not hold the water for very long. If you live outside of USA or Canada, Grill Daddy is not interested in communicating with you or doing business with you. If you buy a this brand of brush from eBay or desertcart, there is a very high probability that you a buying an illegal copy made in Asia. Even the Grill Daddy web site will tell you that.
