A: Yes, this shampoo does. It can be drying but that is easily fixed by either adding a small portion of conditioner to the shampoo. This shampoo is great! I love it. I just thin hair so it doesn't take much to dry it out. This is great for blonde or grey hair.

**Q: Is this good to start using this shampoo right after bleaching and toning hair?**
A: If you use it right after you have bleached or tone your hair; strictly wash and rinse out. Do not leave it set on your hair. Condition after shampooing.
