Review: Solid quality pan - I have not had this pan for that long but it feels good quality and cooks food well. It has survived the dishwasher. Big fan of the rivetless design making it easier to clean or work a spatula/turner near the handle but its longevity remains to be seen.

Too hot and the water will quickly evaporate. My only issue was the misleading from Germany on the box. I did see the lifetime warranty in the box, so, thankful for that although this pan seems to be made quite well. Will definitely look at this brand for other sizes in the future.

I have not had this pan for that long but it feels good quality and cooks food well. It has survived the dishwasher. Big fan of the rivetless design making it easier to clean or work a spatula/turner near the handle but its longevity remains to be seen.

I turn my knob just past a 2 for my stove, and that seems to be perfect. Any higher and my food cooks too quickly and sticks. With SS pans you want to preheat first, when a bead of water will kind of roll around on the surface, or oil in the pan looks kind of like the surface of water it’s good to go! Too hot and the water will quickly evaporate. My only issue was the misleading from Germany on the box. I did see the lifetime warranty in the box, so, thankful for that although this pan seems to be made quite well. Will definitely look at this brand for other sizes in the future.

I had a stainless steel 10 inch pan in which the handle was too heavy so it wouldn’t sit flat. So I decided to buy a new one but didn’t wanna spend $200. This pan is beautiful and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.
