My only complaints: you have to write clearly and press down pretty hard for the 2nd copy to be clear, and the forms are not easily customizable. (They seem to be optimized for rent, not for dues. There is no way to add repeating info like the organization name. or to change the choices of what the payment is for, or the types of payments.
