No surprise, they're a bit stiff when new but "wear" much better once they start to break in. The sole is pretty comfortable feels good to walk on. The only negative I've noticed is the thinness of the adjustable strap. While not cheap per se, it has no padding like other higher-quality flip flops. When new and stiff, it can bit into the top of your foot. Not enough to cut or hurt, but you could easily notice it. Loosening the strap and breaking in the flip flop has helped with this issue. So far, for the price I'm finding the quality and value quite good.
