I have not had any issues with tarnishing, which I was worried about since I’m so lazy with my piercings and never take them off. I’ve showered and slept with it, and haven’t taken it off since I put it on. I was also worried about it bothering me or falling off, but it is completely adjustable so you can loosen it if it is too tight and tighten if it’s loose. It is very secure and has never even come close to falling off.I initially got it to cover a bump from my infected conch piercing that I took out and it closed, which has now healed and you can barely see anymore.
