I have both the Vital Proteins and the Garden of Life. They both come in the same containers and, are both almost the same in ounces. The Vital Proteins is 9.33 oz and $30 whereas, the Garden of Life is 9.52 oz and $22. Supposedly their is less product in the Garden of Life but that's not the case, as it's sold by volume and bovine is much heavier than protein. So with that in mind, I'll go with Garden of Life Plus, it's helped with my muffin top in a few days taking it.
