Select seller carefully. *by A***N on 20 November 2025* Seller sent damaged Carafe This is not a reflection of the actual carafe or Zojirushi and the company is completely stellar. You can just blindly purchase any product of Zojirushi, and I think there are only a handful of companies in the entire world to have such a reputation. The Matte Black 1.5 litre carafe I received was damaged with dents at the bottom. Even the inner packaging had tape marks and was not packed indicating that it was previously returned too. The seller should not have sold such products again. The outer packaging was completely fine, so it wasn’t tampered during delivery.
