I've had lower back pain since the start of March and I have tried everything to get rid of it - hot water bottles, back support straps, back support straps you put in the freezer and microwave, ibuprofen gel and tablets, deep heat max strength, deep freeze... The only thing that helped a bit was deep heat but that didn't fix the problem, I bought tiger balm yesterday and within 2 applications I felt like my back was back to normal. It’s easy to put on in most areas and the nozzle acts like a little massager when applying. It does have a smell but no leaves no staining whatsoever. It does get a bit hot on the skin, or possibly cold - I’m not sure! But it’s not an uncomfortable sensation.
