Not a happy result.The cookbook is a joke. It is as tall and wide as a standard playing card and 18 pages long. It is not detailed in any way. We are used to cooking, well educated and still we found ourselves repeatedly asking what are we supposed to do?When cutting squash (we are trying to make the squash spaghetti) it left a core it couldn't cut about 3/8th inch. We chopped it and added it, but I hadn't anticipated the potential waste when using this slicer. It did not make the long beautiful strands in the photos. The result was very tasty, but nothing like the picture.
