Review: Great wrap, cotton or bamboo are both wonderful - I have both the cotton and this bamboo Boba wraps. This Serenity wrap is a much stretchier wrap. The material is thinner/lighter than the cotton wrap. My baby is four weeks old and I can tell he isn't nearly as hot in it which makes me feel that this will be great for the warmer weather. The cotton Boba wrap I have is a much thicker material and holds my baby closer. The thicker material will be good for autumn weather and my baby does feel warmer when he is being carried in it. I love them with very much. Either wrap you get, you will be satisfied. These are great babywearing wraps. I am four weeks postpartum, 5ft3, 149 lbs and when I tie the wrap around my waist there is about 8 or 9 inches of loose material so I think this wrap could fit someone with a bigger waist. These wraps are super simple to tie. Ive read that thos wrap you can breastfeed in? I haven't figured out how to that works, so I kind of slide my baby out of the side to feed and then slide him back in place. He sleeps so well and quickly in this wrap also. I like being able to do things still, cleaning, cooking, walking around ease.

Velcro baby or not, keeping your newborn close to your body is beneficial for Mama and baby, and health of both is important in those first stages of life and postpartum. My added benefit was in public, especially where I already knew people; the wrap kept even well-intentioned people at bay. Which gave me peace of mind at a time when I was anxious about taking my first infant out in public during sick season. It's helpful to wear around the house so you can be, at least a little, productive in those first months. I did have a Velcro baby that breastfed, so he wanted to be close even when he wasn't feeding. The wrap is comfortable and adjusts to pretty much any body type. I have a long torso and am very top heavy, which I thought might be a problem. However, after a few practice ties (which I did before I planned on using it to go out, so I knew what to do. And I suggest anyone using this do the same!!), I learned what best worked for my baby and my body. Now, if you are prone to overheating, this wrap will not help that! The material is breathable, but when it gets bunched or layered because of the design, you will get warm. I made the mistake of dressing for the (very cold) weather ONE time when planning to use the Boba. After that I dressed lighter and let my little guy and the wrap warm me with a light jacket instead. It's not a complaint just something people need to be mindful of. It's easy to wash, so maintenance is minimal, just throw it in with all the burp clothes you're already washing!! The Sage Green color is very pretty, I was getting everything in green at that time, turns out my little guy is a blue man😂 The Boba is secure, functional, and keeps baby feeling like they're back in your belly, while being right next to your heartbeat. The Boba is wonderful 20/10 I loved it!!!

**Q: Does this work this work for a plus size mom? I was a size 20 before I got pregnant. Anyone purchase this size 20-26?**
A: I’m 5’8” and was a size 26 with 60” bust after delivery for both of my kids and it fit perfectly. Still use it with my 9 month old son.

**Q: I see from the pictures that the babies are all facing inwards.  Is there a way to face them outwards with this wrap?**
A: Yes. I followed a YouTube tutorial on tying up the baby to face her outward while shopping and it worked gloriously.

**Q: I can see people like using this for smaller babies (& preemies), but how big can a baby get and still allow this to be used comfortably?**
A: My one year old loves bring in the boba wrap when she is fussy. She is 22lb and it is the most comfortable way for me to baby wear now that she is bigger actually. The way the boba wrap stretches helps distribute her weight really well.

I have both the cotton and this bamboo Boba wraps. This Serenity wrap is a much stretchier wrap. The material is thinner/lighter than the cotton wrap. My baby is four weeks old and I can tell he isn't nearly as hot in it which makes me feel that this will be great for the warmer weather. Honestly this thing has been a game changer. I was nervous about figuring out how to wrap it at first because it looks intimidating, but once you get the hang of it it’s actually pretty intuitive. The fit is really customizable since it’s just one long piece of fabric — you adjust it to your body which I loved, especially postpartum when my body was still changing. It sits snug against your chest and the baby feels secure without feeling squished. Appearance-wise it’s simple and clean, nothing flashy, but it looks put together enough that I didn’t feel frumpy wearing it out. Breathability is decent but not its strongest point — on warmer days I definitely felt the heat buildup, so I’d say it’s better suited for cooler weather or indoors. The fabric is incredibly soft though, both for me and for the baby, which made long wearing sessions comfortable for both of us. Back support surprised me in the best way — with the weight distributed across your whole torso it doesn’t strain your lower back the way a lot of carriers do. As for durability, I’ve washed it more times than I can count and it still looks and feels the same as when I got it. No pilling, no stretching out. For a newborn stage carrier it’s genuinely one of the best investments I made.
